Sierra Callaway is a Senior Associate at Margalit Injury Lawyers. Holding a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Laws, she entered the legal profession determined to stand up for the rights of everyday Victorians.

With extensive experience across personal injury matters—including WorkCover, TAC, Public Liability, and Institutional Abuse— Sierra’s practice is guided by a deep sense of empathy and understanding. She is known for providing clients with the compassion and care they deserve, ensuring that they feel supported as they navigate the legal system.

Outside of work, Sierra is an avid traveler, having previously backpacked throughout South East Asia and Africa. She also enjoys spending quality time with her friends, family, and dog, Larry.
