Margalit Injury Lawyers has now settled class action against Monash IVF, Repromed, Compass Fertility and related companies. This settlement is not yet finalised and subject to the Court’s approval. For further details regarding the claim and the identity of the defendants, please see the Further Amended Writ and Statement of Claim below.

It was alleged that the non-invasive genetic testing performed on embryos by the Defendants(s) may have resulted in embryos being incorrectly classified as abnormal.

The patients impacted are those who had embryos genetically tested with Monash IVF between May 2019 and October 2020 using the NIPGT-A method.
