As Special Counsel at Margalit Injury Lawyers, Josh Boyes brings a unique blend of experience from across all states and territories with a dedicated expertise in bringing Total Permanent Disablement (‘TPD’) and Income Protection claims on behalf of clients. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in International Relations and Sociology, from Deakin University. After completing his practical legal training at the Australian National University, Josh built a distinctive career working with national law firms across Australia. From Melbourne to Canberra, then Perth, and back to Melbourne to focus on raising his young family, he has gained extensive experience representing clients nation-wide.

Josh has dedicated his career to advancing the rights of clients seeking disability insurance benefits which are often linked to superannuation accounts. At Margalit Injury Lawyers, he leverages his expertise to ensure clients receive the full benefits they are entitled to during their most vulnerable moments. Josh particularly takes pride in uncovering hidden insurance benefits for clients who are often unaware of their entitlements.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys time with his family and friends, the outdoors, performing the odd jobs around a house that constantly calls for it, and daydreaming of his big break in the National Basketball Association.

Josh is also deeply committed to social justice and takes pride in volunteering with various organisations to promote the rights and interests of asylum seekers and refugees.
