James Richardson
Principal Solicitor

James is a Principal at Margalit Injury Lawyers. He holds a Bachelor of Biomedical Science, a Bachelor of Laws, a Graduate Certificate in Australian Immigration Law and Practice, and a Graduate Diploma in Medical and Health Law.

Before coming to Margalit Injury Lawyers, James worked in management roles at number of large plaintiff personal injury firms in Victoria.

James is a fierce litigator and has had a number of significant wins for his client’s. He practices in WorkCover, TAC and public liability claims. He has extensive litigation experience in statutory benefits, serious injury and common law damages claims across all practice groups.

James a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and the Australian Lawyers Alliance.

Outside of work, James enjoys spending time with family and friends and loves to travel at every opportunity.
