Daniel Schram is a Special Counsel at Margalit Injury Lawyers, working within the firm’s class actions practice group. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and was admitted to the legal profession as an Australian lawyer in 2011.
With more than a decade of experience as a personal injury litigator, Daniel has represented clients in a wide range of complex workplace injury matters. He is recognised for his strategic approach, strong advocacy and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for his clients.
Daniel is known for being approachable and responsive to his clients and being transparent in his communication with them. He takes pride in providing clear, practical advice that helps clients understand their rights and feel supported throughout the legal process.
Outside of work, Daniel can often be found supporting his beloved Bombers, spending time at the racetrack or trying to work on his failing golf game.
