Margalit Lawyers have filed the Statement of Claim in the AFL concussion class action, setting out the particulars of the case against the AFL. The AFL is due to respond in February.

 

Margalit Injury Lawyers acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land on which we work, live and engage, the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Bunurong Boon Wurrung peoples of the Eastern Kulin.
