Audrey Thoman

Audrey holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Economics. She graduated from Monash University in 2022.

She enjoys fighting for the rights of everyday people and supporting clients to achieve their desired outcomes. She is particularly passionate about ensuring that every client has access to justice and levelling the playing field between individual claimants and large companies. She has supported clients with WorkCover, TAC and public liability claims.

Prior to commencing work with Margalit Injury Lawyers and during the course of her studies, Audrey was a proud volunteer with the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre and the Disability Discrimination Legal Services. In these roles, she worked with and supported a wide range of vulnerable clients from diverse backgrounds. She is currently still volunteering with the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre outside of work hours and is passionate about the work they perform as well as their values of equality and access to justice.

Outside of work, Audrey loves playing hockey, reading fiction novels and travelling.
