Rebecca Maplesden is passionate about empowering people who have been injured to understand their entitlements and access these quickly. Her goal is to help injured people with honesty and kindness and prevent them from becoming further victims of the system.
Recognised by the Law Institute of Victoria as an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law, Rebecca also holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honors and a Bachelor of Arts. She has been admitted to practice law for over 18 years and has extensive experience acting for injured Victorians. Rebecca now applies her specialist expertise to large and complex class action litigation at Margalit Injury Lawyers. She has recently worked on our Monash IVF Class Action and the Racism in the AFL Class Action, contributing to matters of significant public and legal importance.
Outside of work, you will find Rebecca spending time with her family or curled up with a good book.
